Here’s some Truthy Truth about ME:
My journey has brought me to here.
My journey as a Coach began with a deep understanding of trauma. Having been relinquished at birth, I spent my first days in a nursery without a name.
Without always understanding why, I sought connection all my life: traveling around the world, seeking love in all the wrong places. I finally found a profound healing in motherhood and in being at sea. Yes, at sea! I live with my partner aboard our sailboat, Slow Dancing. What I found at sea was the relationship I had longed for all of my life.
Diagnosed with PTSD at age 53, I emerged with a deeper understanding of the human psyche and recognized how early, preverbal experiences had shaped my life. This revelation fueled my passion for seeking truth and understanding human behavior, particularly the patterns that keep us stuck.
Over the past decade, I have integrated this knowledge to help others navigate their own journeys.
I am proud to be featured in a chapter of Eleanor Mills’ upcoming book, Much More to Come. Eleanor Mills is the founder of Noon and an award-winning editor, writer and broadcaster. In the chapter, Eleanor discusses our fateful meeting in Jamaica, and how I helped her name her vision in the aftermath of her lifetime career.
